Ochocinco + TO = 4,000 Yards For Carson...
The Cinncinati Bengals had a fairly good offensive scheme last year. Cedric Benson lead the rushing game with 1,251 yards, while on the receiving end Ochocinco carried the load with 1,047 yds and 9 TD's. Carson Palmer threw for 3,094 yds, 21 TD's, and 13 interceptions, not too bad. But now, you add another small piece to the recipe in Terrell Owens. Owens has been known to be that guy in the locker room to stir up trouble, we saw it in San Francisco, Philly, and Dallas. Not much happened in Buffalo last year, so maybe, just maybe he is beginning to understand why exactly he is in the NFL, to catch passes. Don't forget the Bengals also added 8 year vet Antonio Bryant to the mix, so their receiving core has been beefed up a lot. Can all of these guys co-exist on the same field? Are the ego's going to be too much to handle? Truthfully, we won't know this until the season actually starts in September, but, I think they will compliment each other just fine. This does not mean that you can put them in the Super Bowl, or even in the post season. What this does mean is that Carson Palmer will most likely be passing for 4,000 plus yards. It's really not a surprise that the Bengals gave TO a chance to join the team seeing as how they like to give "troublemakers" a chance in the NFL. It's going to be something to watch, sort of like a reality show.....
